	Welcome to YouGizmos. Please read these terms of use carefully! By using YouGizmos, you, the User, signify your agreement to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not use the YouGizmos services. YouGizmos does reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of terms of use at any time. It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes. If you wish to become a Member, communicate with other Members, and/or make use of the YouGizmos services, you must read this Agreement. YouGizmos is a social network where Members can share creative projects and ideas and display them in video, images and audio. This service allows Members to create a unique personal profile online in order to find and communicate with friends, old and new. YouGizmos is hosted in the United States and members will abide by the laws of the United States. YouGizmos reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including comments) by you, or to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the YouGizmos services at any times, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability. YouGizmos reserves the right to remove your profile and/or deny, suspend, or terminate your Membership. 1. Eligibility. YouGizmos believes that all ages can be creative and can contribute to the enjoyment of members. We do recommend that children under the age of 14 have their parent?s permission and guidance for some of the projects found on this site. 2. Password. When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. When entering your password, there is a meter telling you the strength of your password. It is recommended that you make your password as secure as possible. If you suspect there is unauthorized use of your account or use of your Membership account, you agree to notify YouGizmos immediately by sending all the necessary information to info@yougizmos.com. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account. 3. Use by Members. The YouGizmos services are for the personal use of Members and may be used for promotional purposes as well, but direct commercial endeavors may only be used if they are specifically endorsed or authorized by YouGizmos. YouGizmos reserves the right to remove commercial content. 4. Member Conduct. All of the content that is uploaded and available via the YouGizmos services are the sole responsibility of the person from whom the content originated. You agree not to use the YouGizmos services to: A. Post, distribute or transmit any media or computer file that infringes any right of YouGizmos, a third party and/or domestic or international law, rule, or regulation, including but not limited to: Copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights Right of privacy or publicity Any confidentiality obligation B. Post, distribute or transmit any media or computer file that contains a virus or other harmful component. C. Post , distribute or transmit any media or computer file that contains any pornographic and illegal materials. D. Post, distribute or transmit any media or computer file that contains an unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or racially or ethnically derogatory content, or any content expressing hate toward any person or groups of persons due to race, religion, or color, creed, national origin or sexual orientation. 5. Dealing with Advertisers. Your communication or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the YouGizmos service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and dealings are between you and the advertiser. 6.
